COVID-19 Office Updates

As of March 28, 2020, the Alabama Department of Public Health has mandated that all dental offices cease providing general dentistry until April 17th.  I expect this to be extended to April 30th due to COVID-19 protocols.

However, we are still here for you in the following manner:

  • If you do have a true dental emergency, please call our emergency line at 205-440-2919, and we can advise you on what to do until we are allowed by the state to reopen and provide treatment.
  • We are also available for Virtual Consults.  Read here for more information.  You can schedule a consult here: https://calendly.com/drpaigelester.
  • If we determine that a patient has a life-threatening emergency such as severe pain, swelling, or infection, we are working with local specialists to get our patients seen and treated as soon as possible.
  • We are in the process of creating some short videos with helpful tips on how to stay healthy during this unprecedented time. Links to these videos will be posted on our Facebook page.

We miss all of our patients, and we hope that you are using responsible social distancing and frequent hand washing to remain safe! We pray for a swift end to this challenging time, and we pray that you all stay healthy and happy!

With much love,
Dr. Lester
